1. Purpose and Scope

This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy ("Policy") is designed to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and any related financial crimes by ensuring that all funds used in connection with our crypto-backed loan services are derived from legitimate sources. This Policy applies to all individuals and business entities ("Loan Applicants") applying for a loan via Bitcap Bridge. By submitting a loan application, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this Policy.

2. Client Obligations

When submitting your loan application, you must:

  • Provide Accurate Information:
    Ensure that all personal or business information you supply is true, complete, and up-to-date.

  • Submit Required Documentation:

    • For Individuals:
      Provide a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, driver’s license) and a proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

    • For Business Entities:
      Provide verifiable corporate documentation (e.g., Certificate of Incorporation, business registration) and details regarding the ownership structure, including the identities of beneficial owners and directors.

  • Disclose Source of Funds:
    Provide supporting documentation that clearly demonstrates the legitimacy of the funds you intend to use for collateral or loan repayment.

  • Consent to AML Checks:
    Agree to background and credit checks, and the use of your personal or business data for AML, KYC, and KYB screening purposes.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) Procedures

3.1. KYC for Individuals

  • Identification:
    You must submit a valid government-issued ID.

  • Address Verification:
    Provide proof of address using an official document (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).

  • Additional Information:
    Additional documentation may be requested to verify the source of funds or clarify any discrepancies in your application.

3.2. KYB for Business Entities

  • Business Verification:
    Provide corporate documents such as a Certificate of Incorporation, business registration details, or relevant licenses.

  • Ownership Details:
    Submit information regarding the business’s ownership structure, including the identities of directors and beneficial owners.

  • Financial Information:
    Supply supporting documents (e.g., financial statements, bank statements) to validate the legitimacy of the funds used in the application.

4. Verification Process

  • Document Review:
    All submitted documents and information are subject to verification. We may request additional details or clarification to ensure compliance with applicable AML laws.

  • Application Outcome:
    If the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, or appears fraudulent, your loan application may be delayed or rejected.

  • Right to Refuse:
    We reserve the right to refuse any loan application if there is any suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities.

5. Data Protection and Record Keeping

  • Data Security:
    Your personal and financial information will be securely stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Retention:
    We will retain your AML documentation for the period required by applicable law and regulatory standards.

  • Disclosure:

6. Consent to AML Checks

By submitting your loan application, you explicitly consent to the following:

  • The collection, use, and processing of your personal and/or business data for AML, KYC, and KYB purposes.

  • Conducting background and credit checks to verify the authenticity of the provided information.

  • Sharing your data with regulatory authorities or third-party service providers as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

7. Compliance and Cooperation

  • Investigation:
    You agree to fully cooperate with Enriching Holdings Co., Ltd. in any investigation related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.

  • Consequences:
    Failure to comply with the requirements outlined in this Policy may result in the termination of your loan application and/or any future services provided by Bitcap Bridge.

8. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or our internal procedures. All updates will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By submitting your loan application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not submit your application.
